Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused and in original packaging. Oversized items may carry a return shipping fee, and refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected.
Frames and structural components carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, with a shorter term applying to cushions, upholstery, and finishes. Normal wear, misuse, and commercial use fall outside coverage. Support can be reached by email or through the contact form, with replies typically sent within 1–2 business days.
Damage is best reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the outer packaging and the affected area. Once the report is reviewed, a replacement component or a full replacement is arranged at no additional cost.
Fabric benefits from regular light vacuuming and prompt spot cleaning with a mild, water-based solution — always tested on a hidden area first. Wood surfaces should be dusted with a soft dry cloth and kept away from direct sunlight, radiators, and damp conditions. Silicone-based polishes and harsh solvents are best avoided.
